I went in today after work to get a drink. I ordered in the drive thru and as i was waiting i realized my brother had my debit... card. I was rushing trying to figure out how to use and set up Apple Pay. when i got to the window i told them i forgot my cardso i was gonna come inside to set up Apple Pay to pay. The amazing worker Thomas told me to not worry about it and that it?s onthem today. Thomas truly brightened my day even before he gave me my drink for free. He was kind and had a welcoming presenceand amazing energy. I imagine he is a big light in many peoples lives. Everyone should strive to be like Thomas, i know i will. Spent 75$ here today on pumpkin spiced iced chai?s venti. The baristas kept putting coffee in them. I go to any other Starbucks... and get a consistent drink. Sent first round back to get without coffee they charged me and made the same drink with a couplepumps of chai. Didn?t ask for coffee shots ???? I love Starbucks, just a lesson learned go to basically any other location.Admittedly the screen outside should be inspected not just glanced? but when you get the same drink the second time and chargedit?s alittle annoying. As far as Starbucks locations go this one is open, efficient, well appointed, and has a strong staff. I greatly appreciate using... it as my 'second office' on a hot day. Read more

Thank you you to the two baristas I encountered today I believe Thomas and Kilee (I think I didn?t ask but could barely see name... tags). I have had a rough week as I lost my pup, today has been extra hard, and came by just now. I mostly wanted the red cupbut am always down for coffee. They were out when I ordered and asked them to surprise me. I received a nice surprise my drinkwas paid for by them and I started to cry. It is just what I needed today! This is my go-to Starbucks, as it's super close to home and along the way to work. I have never had a bad experience here.... Sometimes the line can be a bit long, but it always moves pretty quickly. The staff are always super friendly, fun, and apleasure to interact with. My order is always exactly right, and they even offer my pup treats. ???? Read more
Good place for coffee. I don't like that they're asking for tips now though. I get that most restaurants and coffee shops do... this, but my favorite barista is the same price and that's with the tip. Read more
