The staff is awesome and very respectful. I enjoyed walking in and being greeted with a pleasant smile and greeting. I showed my... order number, and the pizza was delivered to me in record time. Went in to order something for my late lunch. Only had a paper menu, which is fine but they have three digital menu boards. No... problem, but the menus were not conveniently organized, and as I was deciding on what to order one of the employees appeared tobe laughing at me. Okay, I'll go elsewhere. Read more

Ordered 211.00 worth of pizza. Pizza was Luke warm, smashed, poorly assembled and covered with jalapeño that we didn?t order.... Called in to have one of the pizzas remade because the gal who chose that pizza could not have jalapeño and was told we wouldhave to wait at least 45 minutes to get that pizza remade and told we had better not eat it?because we really wanted to eat apizza that was not supposed to have jalapeño that was completely smothered in it. Also zac (who I spoke to) told me that pizzahut instructed him to sub jalapeño for crushed red peppers and calling corporate wouldn?t help because they would just directthe call back to him. The Service was wonderful, I ordered on-line and the pizza was ready and delivered to my care within a minute of us pulling up. ... We ordered a Ham and Pineapple. The pizza tasted good but we were a bit disappointed by the amount of ham that was on thepizza. It seemed to make it a bit dry. Read more
This was more frustrating than satisfying. We ordered curbside pickup. We were impressed by how quick they got it done, but... then from our car we could see on the monitor in the store that our pizza was ready, but it was not coming out to our car in thecurbside pickup spot. We called the number, waiting through all the ads and such, reached a person, then she said she wouldtransfer us to the store. We waited on the phone again, and I finally just went in and got it. There were only two otherorders (also ready) and one customer in the store. The pizza was good and hot, so we got home and dug in only to find that outwas extra sauce instead of light sauce. Yuck.
