Pizza is delicious but the staff are complete idiots. When my husband picked up the order a customer was complaining they messed... up their order. First time ordering from the Lacey store. This pizza didn?t disappoint, being a Chicago girl born and raised getting something... other then chain pizza is difficult and very disappointing. The monster calzone is not mozzarella cheese. It?s gross melted American Swiss melted cheese. Real East coast calzones are made... with ricotta and mozzarella cheese. The stuffed crust pizza is good real mozzarella in that but a little too salty. Read more
Never again first and last time order 2 pizzas and cheese bread. Order online said pick up in 30 minutes get there was told it... will be ready in 20 minutes. Pizza cook time on a conveyor belt over is 10 minutes total time from preparing to cook but noreason it should be under cooked at all on both pizzas. Cheese bread over cooked. First and last time for sure! Ordered two pizzas, one three meat pizza and one cheese pizza. Both hand tossed crust. The meat... pizza was missing pepperoni, the cheese on the cheese pizza was very rubbery. The crust on the meat pizza was fine, but thecheese pizza was ridiculous. The crust was thin under the cheese and sauce, which is perfectly fine as I prefer thinner crust,but the edge of the crust was rolled absurdly thick making the pizza slices unusually small for a ?large.? First time trying NY Vinny's Pizza, it didn't disappoint. Loved that it wasn't heavy with sauce as most places are, for me I... want a tasty subtle sauce so the toppings stand out. I also love a pizza with a puffed, chewy crust. Delivery was provided byDoor Dash and was smooth and on time, however I wish that there was an option to leave the driver instructions. Read more
It's a small shop, with great pizza. We had a problem with our online order. We ordered online 3 pizzas at 28 per. When we got... in to carry out there was an advertisement for 16 per, or something close to that. When we brought it up we were told there wasnothing they could do, I think they could have been more accommodating, "grab some sodas" or something. Lesson learned: call into order from here. Read more
