Burger patty was a little crispy. Cleanliness has gone down drastically. Tables are always dirty with food from past customers.... It's like the employees don't wipe them down anymore. Accuracy of our order is never 100%. If it is It's like winning thelottery. Only reason we come here is so that the kids can play in the playplace. Read more
Sweet tea tastes off the last two times I've been, and today's experience of "maybe those other times were just flukes" is very... wrong. One sip and it was very sour, and definitely not safe for consumption. If you were in the drive through this morning(7-22-2022) at about 7:30AM I feel bad if you also got the sweet tea. Read more
Extremely long wait time. Drive through order but we had to park and wait almost 20+ minutes for our food. When order was... received it was incorrect. Had to go inside to ask for missing item (egg and cheese biscuit). They gave me a bacon egg andcheese biscuit and told me to just take the bacon off. Manager was visibly annoyed that I did not accept it. No apology or offerof a free item. Terrible customer service. Read more
Our food had to be brought out to us. Which was not the problem. The issue I had was the person who brought the food out was... digging in my bag and spitting all over my open fries as she spoke. She was going through the back to make sure that it was thecorrect one she was giving me, but actually was speaking. You could literally see the spit coming out of her mouth. I thinksafety should be brought up, but no one should get in trouble. Just a reminder. Read more
I would avoid this particular McDonald's... I either am missing an item or my order is wrong... but today takes the whole... enchilada. We got some breakfast bundle that they had a deal on. We had 2 missing sandwiches and to make matters worse, thesandwiches we did get.. one had EGG SHELLS... my husband bit down and spit out egg shells... and the other one.. was burnt. Iunderstand that it gets busy and sometimes overwhelming, but that's no excuse for being petty and angry that people are orderingfood where you work... that'swhy it's work. I'll still get McDonald's, but we are just not coming anywhere near this one again.The one in sleater Kinney is better in quality and customer service. Read more
I guess they don?t like making money? There is 6 cars all parked outside and a full crew inside getting paid to watch us wait?... Two cones outside of the drive thru (see pic) no signs explaining why I can?t order and the lobby is closed until 7 am? I don?tunderstand why I continually have terrible run-ins at night/early morning with this McDonald?s looks like you might look intogetting a new night crew manager/superiors this one is losing a ton of money for you consistent *only taking cash* after waitingIn line for 25 minutes? Had a very clear communication error with the drive thru order. Obviously they got annoyed with my attempts at clarifying they... could hear and understand me. I was given a much darker than my phone will photograph, chicken patty and the butt of an onionwith hair on it. I figure I'll call, but also providing photos here. Do not visit this place!!! They take for ever to serve you and once you pay they don?t give you your change or receipt. Today I... was yelled at by the manager on duty once I asked for my receipt. She yelled it didn?t work. I called them she placed me on holdand left the the phone off hook. This place is ran by a bunch of disrespectful kid. The other day my wife went there and ordered2 large fries and was told to park in a spot. Once the employee brought out the food she gave it to the wrong car, after thatcustomer looked through our bag and seen it was incorrect the employee then came to give us that same bag. My wife had to askfor new fries. You will lose business at the rate they are going. Read more
