I ordered a large soda. Super simple. Should not be hard to get right. What I received was a watered down non-carbonated sugar... juice. I couldn't even tell if it was actually Coke or some other soda. It was so gross. The cup felt soggy like it had beensitting out for hours. I don't think they stand up to health and safety codes. The extra onions we ordered was just all in the bottom of the bag. They literally just put the sandwich sideways that even the... patty and bun fell into the bag. Just sloppy work when putting food into the bag. Read more
This is the second time visiting this restaurant in the middle of the night that they were closed, despite being advertised as... open 24 hours. When I drive out of my way to go somewhere that is advertised as being open 24 hours, I would at least expectthem to be open. I had called an hour before visiting the location and was told that they were open. Normally I would recommendthis McDonald's to anybody else, but in light of recent events I would not. Read more
Waited 30 min after using the app. Didn?t see my number anywhere?then I heard one of the workers complaining loudly about an... order that had been there for an hour. Another worker said ?call it out? and she said ?I did? but she had not in at least the 30min I had been waiting. I asked her is it ?? and gave my number she said ?yes. I called it out several times. I?ve been waitingan hour.? I told her I have been in there the last 30 min and she had not. I didn?t mark myself as being there to pick up until6:30 because that?s how the app works. It says specifically they won?t make it until you come. She proceeded to tell me that shewould redo the order for me but that it would be another 20 min. I said no and left. This is my second time to try thislocation. Both times the experience was awful. Literally ANY other location in Lacey is better. Save your time and go to one ofthe other fast food places nearby. It?s always loud, dirty, and the customer service people are rude af. Read more
Went through the drive thru. Girl taking order was very curt kinda rude. Didn't ask if we were using the app, we were using it... so had to tell her we want to use the app. response was like we were intruding. Guy taking payment barely acknowledged us. Girlgiving food was at least pleasant. Left feeling like all the employees, we dealt with, were there for the $$ & didn't care abouttheir service. One of the worst customers service experiences I've ever had. Got home started to eat. Burgers had ketchup &mustard all over the wrapper, very sloppy. Read more
If your going to keep increasing prices and lowering quality, food and service, the least you could do is print a legible... receipt. That way when your poorly trained employees completely mess up an order the customers have something to show themexplaining how, why and where they messed it up along with the corrections needed instead of arguing with the customer trying totell them, they must have ordered wrong. I do food delivery from time to time. These guys get slammed at night cause they are the only place left open in the area... besides the taco bell. Sometimes the wait is long in the drive through but these guys are efficient and friendly. They have anawesome night crew for sure! Read more
