Had an excellent experience at this branch! It was my kid's first experience with Baskin Robins and the gentleman serving ice... cream made it a potent experience. I have never in my life experienced such poor service trying to get ice cream. I felt so rushed and was given a second scoop... that I didn?t even pick. The young girl behind the counter had the biggest attitude and obviously hates her job as it was veryclear. When I tried to give her some feedback she did not want to acknowledge it. I asked to speak to the manager whobasically was there the whole entire time and he backed her up. I left very irritated and noticed I paid for an extra scoop ofice cream that I never picked so I called the store to have them give me an explanation of why? The obnoxious boy rambled onand on and asked me If I was the ?Karen,? who was just there? He tried to egg it on and kept calling me Karen to antagonizeme. This place needs to find better employees because I have never experienced such disrespect and these kids truly should belet go. This particular Baskin Robbins will shut down soon enough if they treat customers this way. They definitely lost mybusiness and I will never step foot in another one again. I placed an order for pickup on doordash. When I arrived and picked up my order it was made incorrectly. I was missing ice... cream. When I told the young brunette with glasses, that my order was messed up she replied that it wasn't. I went to my car toget my phone to confirm that the order was indeed messed up. When I returned back into the restaurant she said oh you did ordermore. She had an attitude the whole time she was making the order. YET I still left a tip, she didn't say have a good day orthank you for the tip. Which I should have reached in that bucket and took it back because the customer service there is trashstraight trash. They only get two stars because the praline n cream ice cream is so delicious! Work on the customer servicebecause the great customer service is what keeps people returning. Read more
