Our visits to Lac La Biche are never complete until we have been to Costa Cafe. Their lattes are exquisite. For breakfast I had... ham with two eggs fried to over easy perfection. Pork Ribs are so good and juicy best I ever had. Great service and restaurant is clean and comfy.

The waitress in the morning was great. However, the food was cold and the owner didn't care. My wife got ribs that were... microwaved and not even hot. Who serves a paying customer cold food? Steak, chicken and ribs served and cooked to perfection! Everything was so tender and juicy. The vegetables lightly buttered and... the baked potato tender and held moisture and soft flaky texture with the sour cream, green onion, and bacon bittoppings. Starter greek salad had the perfect amount of dressing and variety of vegetables all fresh and crisp mingled in theGreek feta and olives. Costa's new location is very clean and welcoming. The food is excellent, if a bit slow to arrive. I think they are still getting... into the swing of things. I will say the staff could have upsold more. There was no attempt to sell more alcohol or dessert orhot drinks to go. Read more
