It was an hour ordeal to get our order made and assembled correctly. While I was in the stall, I ran over the order with the... runner, who was incredibly pleasant. He found a thing that was wrong with the order (a sandwich without two ingredients off ofit), and he took it back to get it fixed. I received the order and felt confident that it was correct. Went home, and when Iwent through the order, a few items were missing from the bag and the sandwiches weren?t correctly made (a bacon cheeseburgerwith no bacon, for example). We took it back, we explained and they were once again, very pleasant and understanding. However,when we got out of the drive-thru and looked at our order again, it was made incorrectly in a different way, the sides werestill forgotten as well. After once more through the drive-thru, we received the right order and were given the mistakes as away to make it right. I appreciate the thought, however, it was only when we had noticed something incorrect with the orderthat it truly mattered. It shouldn?t have taken us three times going through to make sure our order was properly prepared, andthe speed of service was rather slow. I won?t be too harsh and say that it was downright awful and give one star, because itwasn?t. The food was made well, only incorrectly. The employees were kind, but didn?t go the extra mile for accuracy. I don?tsee myself coming back to this location due to this, as this has been a common theme before, but I believed it was just one ofthose things that happens. SONIC remains a very good restaurant with very good food, but I advise you to be careful whenvisiting this location, as it might not be the fastest of fast food. Read more
I normally never post bad reviews but this one needs to be placed. We went to sonic around 9pm after a long day of moving in. We... waited at the parking order spot for almost 20 minutes. We decided to pull out and go through the drive thru, keep in mind othercars that were in the drive thru we?re getting orders and going quick. So we?re at the drive thru waiting for about 20 minuteswhen more cars start in. We got tired and frustrated so we drove up to the window when the heavy set gal with no bra said twopeople just left and they can?t do anything about us, and how since two people left she can?t touch her computer ? I was soconfused because right when we pulled up that girl and some others were just standing there laughing and chit chatting away.Unbelievable. Never coming here. If I could give a zero, I would. Every single time it?s 10-15 min wait at best. Doesn?t matter if they?re slow or busy. See the... children inside chit chatting or talking to their friends who sit at tables more than working. Never fails. Never ever everquick. If you want a Slow Food option, this location is your best bet. Read more
I just went through the drive thru. I sat in line for 30 minutes. The manager was to busy yelling at the worker's the whole... time. They didn't give me straws, no syrup for the French toast and I asked for onions added and that wasn't on their either. IfI spend 40$ I expect to get the basic things at least. Read more
Worst sonic! Went here a couple days ago and was told it would be a 45 minute wait even though there were only 4 cars waiting... in the pull in spots. Then went tonight to all the lights off at 820pm even though online says they close at 10pm. Justridiculous. They definitely need some management help... Read more
The staff was really polite and all with customer service when we got our food, it's the food that's the problem. It just seemed... very poorly made and thrown together. We got cheese fries with barely any cheese and the sauced popcorn chicken had more of adrizzle of sauce on top, not enough to even fully cover 3 nuggets. The cheeseburger we got for free is usually $6 by itself andit had barely anything on it and wasn't made well. Maybe we'll try again someday and the food will be better. Read more
I lost track of how many time I had to repeat my order before it's was correct when ordering. Asked if they could make my items... into a meal at the end (which was appreciated) but had it been rang up the correct way initially it already would have been ameal. To top it off my kids birthday shake has roughly an inch of space at the top. ???? Read more
Honestly today sucked. I got there at 5:10. Left by 5:40. While yes, I got a few items including two 5 piece tender meals.... Which the wait time was because they were making it fresh?.... well my popcorn chicke. Was cold. The fries were cold and the icecream you gave me 20 minutes beforehand was melted. I'm just. Irritated.if you're going to make "fresh chicken". Makeeverything fresh honestly if you're going to make anyone wait over 20 minutes. Waiting is fine, but if you give me cold food andmy ice cream melts while I waited that long for "fresh chicken". That's where I have my problem. Read more
