I go to Sonic almost every morning Monday-Friday for a soda and burritos. I love when Jeff is at the window. He?s always... friendly and fast. Awful experience. The first stall we pulled into had a broken screen so we couldn't order. We went to another stall and the... speaker was messed up so we had to repeat our order multiple times. The employee taking our order kept laughing because hecouldn't hear us and said, "Oh, Christ!" It took over 40 minutes for us to receive our order of 3 kids meals. We had to callback in to make sure it was coming and the person who answered the speaker didn't seem to know we already had an order in. Whenwe finally got our order the burgers were cold. Read more

Pulled into a stall to order a drink, placed my order then waited and waited. They were not busy. 10 minutes later, still no... drink to be seen. I then went to the drive thru, because I was the only customer on the lot. Same girl took my order. Iexplained that I think they forgot about me, and needed to cancel my stall order. I ordered a new one for the drive thru. WhenI got to the window, I asked if they simply forgot about me. I got a weird look when she took my money. When she came backwith the change and my drink, I once again asked if I was forgotten. She simply stated the amount of my change, here is yourdrink, and quickly said sorry and closed the window. I was friendly the entire interaction. I know mistakes happen, and I haveworked retail and fast food. I'm still in shock with their behavior. They weren't busy at all. Only a few customers theentire time of my visit. I hope that someone who can do something about this, can retrain the staff. I'm a regular there, andhave never had a single issue before. Read more
