This is an honest review... so please take this to heart if you are the owner. If it was my place I would want to know. Last... night there was a small group of us in there around 8pm... the bartender was hanging out in the patio area most of the night andnot hardly ever behind the counter. We literally would have to go and open up the door to the patio area and ask her if we couldplease order a drink. I'm not kidding... This went on all night. It was strange... especially because the reason we were therefor the 2nd Wednesday in a row is how fantastic the same bartender was just a week prior. On the food orders, it wasn't anybetter. Some orders took over an hour to come out (just wings) and some didn't get their order at all and we basically toldthem to cancel their orders and that they had to leave and couldn't wait any longer. One guy is still waiting for his wings tothis day ..... I'm not kidding. When the last order came out and his never did, he was told he ordered something different andasked if he still wanted it. He was like, I know what I ordered and it's been well over an hour and you never even put in thatorder, so just forget it. I realize there are staff shortages and what is going on in the world these days, but just somecommon communication and work ethic could have gone a long way. Keep in mind it was not busy in there at all. Besides our tablethere were maybe 6 other people and 4 out in the smoking area. Needless to say no one at our table is ever wanting to go backwhich is sad because we love to support local businesses. Read more
Food is mediocre, definitely not worth the price. Witnessed several unsanitary practices as others have pointed out. Not enough... seating, waiters take forever. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go. Oh and the owner is extremely rude. Look athow replies to all the negative reviews. Calling people Karen and telling them to never come back etc? Cadillac Jack was great! The bar scene was beautiful. However if your your to name your bar after a famous food, like the... Philly, you should nail that sandwich! Nope! Nothing but greese! My salad was order with Dorothy Lynch and it was brought to mewith buffalo sauce on it!! Wth? 1 star!!! Read more
My second visit there and of trying food on the menu. First time I was there they were out of Hoagie buns oh, and they're... advertised as Philly steak sandwiches. Tonight I tried their prime rib French dip oh, it was $13.95. It was so salty I couldn'tforce myself to eat it. The server that we had took it off my bill which I appreciate. He was very concerned and sorry for myexperience. Read more
