Very very slow pace. Not enough staff. Huge line. Long wait. We left without ordering. It was a tuesday night.

I went thru the drive thru .... The guy took my order today at 4:50pm... So he was patient as I order... Got my food took off... but NO spook fork nothing how was I supposed to eat my side dishes so I had to drive back to KFC just for a fork they weren'tbusy there's no excuse why I should of not gotten one... Food was good hot perfect until I've seen my biscuit it was smashed soit did not look appetizing ... You need to ask and make sure you have everything you need before you take off... I ordered the gigantic box with 30 pieces of chicken potatoes gravy coleslaw. Biscuits and food was fresh, hot and tasty but... the only problem was when I got home we realized they forgot the coleslaw so we had to go back. It was a busy holiday time butI think they need to spend more attention on their guests who come into the restaurant to order and less attention on thedrive-thru cars. Read more
I ordered 2 bowls with chicken on the side, biscuits and 2 large popcorn chicken... checked the bag before I left and thought I... felt 2 bowls in the bag... get home and there is only 1 bowl with chicken on the side. Yep got charged for 2. I am disabled andit is hard for me just to go driving back to get what they didn't put in my bag. So... thank you KFC and I will not be back. Read more
