Terrible service. All employees were yelling at each other and incapable of making any orders. The worst communication I?ve seen... in my life. Employees were not helping customers or getting orders made. This location should be closed permanently if they areunable to have competent employees. The owners of this location should feel ashamed. P.s. to the employee standing in the middleof the back line drinking milk while watching guests patiently wait for food and beverage not being made, what are you doing? Read more

I ordered a drink with no dairy specifically, asked for coconut milk and even said, ?No Diary.? And they agreed and repeated my... order and so I thought they knew since they agreed. I was given a coffee with whipped cream, and dairy in it no coconut milk waseven in it. I wasn?t able to drink my drink, I drank a little trying to avoid the whipped cream and found out later there wasmore dairy in it. I had to throw it away due to allergy. Every-time I go to Dunkin they can?t seem to get the dairy allergycorrect. I?m no longer going to this location because I always seem to get a order that I?m unable to have due to rejection ofmy body. Read more

Cashier would not stop talking so we could order. Talked over us twice. She made my coffee drink, but then told me she didn't... know how to make it , but made it anyway. Said if it wasn't right, to ask for someone else to make another one. Ordered avocadotoast. Was not toasted, and you only get 1 piece of bread. Was not asked if we wanted tomatoes on it. Avocado spread was thinwith some kind of seasoning sprinkled on it. I'm sure the cashier ment well but it was very frustrating. Read more

Had a great experience at this location, I was having a bad morning and Kylie turned my day around completely. Very friendly and... kind hearted. I will definitely be returning here not only for the great coffee, but for Kylie?s welcoming customer service. Read more

The young man at the counter greeted me with a smile, was super helpful selecting donuts, offering sprinkles vs no sprinkles and... kept me updated on status of my drink. The vibe in the store was happy and upbeat and the staff seemed to be having funtogether! Great experience! Read more

After multiple visits and super long drive thru waits, we choose to drive farther to a different Dunkin location where the... donuts are properly made, in stock and coffee orders are fulfilled. Do not get stuck in the drive thru at this location. You?llbe there for a very long time. It feels extremely intentional and unapologetic. Read more

Absolutely hands down the worst experience. Needed to pick up a couple dozen for a birthday party. Only drive thru was open and... I understand they are short staffed, but the lady on the speaker freaked out on me and told me I needed to do the express dozenbecause she was the only one working. I said that wasn't going to work, I want specific flavors and she freaked out again andsaid you will need to hold. At that point I just drove right thru, because no one was ahead of me and went to a differentDunkin. Read more

I used to work at this location. I stopped by for a simple coffee and a glazed donut this morning. I?m not sure if the African... American women is the new manager of this location but if so someone from HR needs to save this location before she makes itfold. That was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced from anyone. I asked for some more caramel in my coffeebecause I specifically ordered extra. When the nice young lady in the window handed it to me I politely asked if she could put alittle more in. She said yes of course. As soon as she took the drink back the manager (or whomever she may be) immediatelysnatched the drink from her employees hand and handed it back to me specifying that she?s the one who made it and the drink wasfine. I nicely said ?okay but could I get more caramel I ordered extra.? As her employee is trying to explain to her that I thecustomer ordered extra she then throws an attitude and tell me she?s going to have to charge me for it. I paid for the coffee, Iordered extra caramel. This women needs to quit arguing with paying customers. On top of that I ordered a glazed donut and thedonut I got had no glaze on it. Someone needs to come help this location immediately. You could see how uncomfortable her youngemployees were and you could feel the hostility in the building just from being in the car.
