Another location that can't seem to get receipt paper in the pumps.
5 of the last 6 times I've gotten gas at this specific location, I've had to go inside to get a receipt. Not a huge deal, but... frustrating when it's consistently this way. Tonight I had to do the same and asked the cashier why. Cashier says to "askCasey's because they haven't updated the pumps."Thought I was " asking Casey's"by asking three question, and I'm not sure whatupdating the pumps has to do with the ability to have the pumps print out the receipts like every other gas station around.Convenience not so much... Ordered pizza and wings, food was great. Idk about all the 1-2 star reviews..but this was a great location from my experience.
I walked to the hot food secrion and asked the employee working back there if she was busy. She gave me a dirty look and asked... me what I needed. I then asked if she would be able to make me 2 sausage and egg croissants, with no cheese, as I can not eatcheese. I got one more dirty look before she approached the hot food box, grabbed 2 of the sandwiches in there and peeled thecheese off of them. I know the cheese is added onto the sandwiches after they are made and will eventually melt into thesandwich. However, after being made to feel like my presence was unwanted and she clearly could not be bothered to make 2sandwiches as per my request, I decided to leave the croissants she "prepared for me" on the counter and just got some juice andan energy drink instead. Definitely not one of my better experiences at this location. However, I would also like to point outthat the employee working there at the time is not the one I'm usually greeted by. Have hot breakfast ready by I don't know.... Breakfast time. Your biggest customer base for hot food is tradesmen and they are... all usually at work by 7 8 or 9. When I get there at 830 and there is nothing in the hot case it looks bad... Read more
I am heated. I stop at this Casey's last night to get gas and used my card to pay at the pump for 30 dollars worth of gas. Today... i realized its charged me 100 exactly but says pending from the location off 132nd and Giles, La Vista. I called the store and aworker told me "o ya if you pay at the pump it might put a 100-150 dollar hold on your card for up to a week." So they know thishappens? That total B.S.!!!! Read more
We love Casey?s Pizza and we were excited when the Fantasy station changed over to Casey?s in our area. However, I have never... been more disappointed in a pizza purchase anywhere. This location is not up to Casey?s standards and I felt like I got robbed.I could have gotten a better pizza from Little Caesar?s for $5. I sent e-mail to management and never hard anything back. Wewon?t be doing anymore business with them. Must still be a Fantasy station with a Casey?s sign! Read more
I wish I could leave 0 stars. I travel between papillipn and Des Moines frequently. Last sunday, I stopped here for gas and to... use the restroom. The bathroom was filthy, and covered in graffiti. I passed up the dirtiness because I get places are shortstaffed so I assumed it was a one time thing. Fast forward to THIS Sunday, I am yet again traveling back to Des Moines. I stophere to get gas, grab some pizza, and use the restroom. Over half the pumps are out of service. I stop in the bathroom, and yetagain it is a disgrace. I step into the only stall hoping to do my thing and get back on the road. The floor in the stall isSOAKED, covered in urine. How do I know it was urine? Because the toilet paper was stained yellow, soaked, in the floor, insteadof in the toilet paper roll. I left without doing my business, and without buying any pizza for me or the people I have in thecar. If you let a public bathroom get like this, and stay like this, I can only begin to imagine what the cleanliness in thekitchen is, or if the food is expired or not. I now know to never stop at the Casey?s on Giles, because the pumps don?t work,and they don?t worry about staying clean. Read more
