To be honest this burger King is one of the best in the area for accuracy and great food quality and speed... I will drive out... of the way just to go here ... altho sometimes things can happen anywhere you go... This BK is by far the best! For months I've visiting once a week for huge orders of hamburgers and never have I gotten anything... but complete satisfaction! I came here to go through the drive thru which was closed, so we had to order inside. The general manager (Kia, Kila? I only... glanced quickly) had amazing service. She apologized to every customer for the inconvenience of having to come inside (whichreally wasn?t that bad!) and was super friendly throughout. She gave us a drink carrier for our 4 drinks (two, actually toensure that the drinks didn?t rip right through) and put our two separate bags of food into a plastic bag without us having toask her to do so! While waiting for my food, I watched her other customer interactions and she was just as friendly with them. Iimagine having the drive thru down and unsatisfied customers because of that is stressful but you?d never know talking to her!The food came out quickly and was fresh and hot. One of the only Burger King's that actually listen to what you order and are able to do it correctly. Most of the time the... second outside most drive-thru lane is closed, blocked off with a wet floor mopping sign and it can be tough to see it. Staffis fairly friendly, some of them seem a bit timid and have too soft of a voice to be working the drive-thru though. Read more
We came through tonight and it has been not so good in the past but today reminded me of the old days! Sandwiches put together... with care everything fresh and buns fresh. It was pretty busy too..and there only appeared to be 2 people working so that wassurprising. A guy even ran someone their fries out the back door so they didn?t have to wait in line again. At 8:20am with a line I. The drive thru no one was working. Pulled up to the window and a cook was outside calling the main line... and trying to get in because no one showed up for work. A manager pulled up and sat in her car for 5 minutes before going to thedoor to open the store. Read more
