The food is good, but people STILL shouldn't be waiting 25 minutes for food via drive thru...
Been here probably 3 times the last month, giving it try after try. Unfortunately this 3rd time is my last. Their food is... average or slightly above average compared to fast food restaurants. Their issue is they are incredibly understaffed. Now Iknow it?s not necessarily their fault, but they need to start telling customers that they are incredibly understaffed. I wentthrough the drive through and waited at the speaker for 5 minutes with nobody in the drive thru line, then finally got my orderthrough. This only sent me to the parking lot where one other vehicle waited. I sat in the parking lot for 23 minutes whilevehicle after vehicle came through the drive thru and joined me in the parking lot. I pray those people were even able to gohome. Until I monitor more as I drive past and hear that they are posting about their staff issues, I will no longer visit thisestablishment. Since this franchise is ashamed to share that they are having staff issues, then unfortunately I will do it forthem. But I assume people won?t wanna hear that from me and would rather hear it from the management instead. Read more

i love A&W. my son and i try to go there any time we're in LaVista. however, last time we went, the draft root beer wasn't... working? that's one of the big draws for us. otherwise, we love it. Read more
Trash. 25 minutes for a TWO piece kids meal, dining in. No apology, no compensation, nothing. Absolutely ridiculous, overpriced.... Save your money and go somewhere else. Read more
