Not too different than other outlets of Yogurtland. They have plastic gloves if you are afraid of catching germs from the... dispenser levers. It is quite clean and check out is simple and fast. They did not have cold water dispensers this time butusually they have them. Perhaps they should allow sampling since these are pricey sweet treats. Read more

Aside from patrons not following Specific Instructions sanitize their hands and use gloves for the machines, this was a good... experience. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Cold nights and frozen yogurt mmmm. Read more

The yogurt is good, dining area was clean but as soon as we pulled up we see the outside waste bins overflowing with yogurt cups... and spoons laying on the ground. I brought 4 kids in,the yogurt with topping was over $24 dollars. when paying by card thefirst option given is "15%" gratuity so now I'm tipping the cashier to weigh the yogurt I filled and processed my own payment. Horrible customer service! I understand the mask requirement, but when I asked for a spoon so that my TWO year old could try a... flavor before I filled her cup (and possibly waste it if she didn't like the flavor) the employee rudely replied, "we aren'tdoing samples!" The employee then said it was due to the mask requirement. My TWO year old is not required to wear a mask, therefore she is not removing a mask to try the frozen yogurt. This also makes zero sense to me considering there was a coupleliterally 5 feet away eating their frozen yogurt without a mask (obviously). I'm just blown away by the ignorance! The employeealso very arrogantly added that she was "doing her job"..funny because every single table inside & out was filthy!! She was moreconcerned about not giving me a spoon for my daughter than keeping the business clean. So basically you have to wear a mask toget your frozen yogurt, but then you can take it off to eat the yogurt at a filthy table...makes sense right?!! Wow! Read more

Wow, the new set up really sucks the spirit right out of this place. Instead of a good time with the kids, it's more like... visiting a hospital. Wasn't worth my time or the $7, I definitely won't be returning. Read more
