Great sandwich but awful customer service to put it short!
If you are in a hurry, or care about the craftsmanship of your sandwich do not come to this Togo's. After one unfortunate... experience, I came back and gave this place another chance and had the same terrible experience. I have never seen anyone movewith the lack of urgency that the woman in charge of making sandwiches moves with in my life. It's to the point where you lookaround in disbelief because you feel you might be being pranked. And to add to the issue at hand, she will leave your sandwichbehind to start working on online orders for people who aren't even inside yet. & In the middle of all of this, she's constantlyheading to the back to retrieve things one at a time and slowly. Moving past the pace (or lack thereof), the sandwich is madeand wrapped horribly. Such a small amount of sauce is applied it might as well be non existent, even after begging moreadditional sauce. Meats are placed on the bread with carelessness that leads to bites lacking protein because the meat wasfolded into the crevice leaving the edges near the opening barren. My sandwich was folded with sauce and ingredients completelyexposed, there was no effort made to close my bread over my sandwich innards. I added sauce and reassembled the sandwich athome leaving me with a decent product. So if the passage of time isn't problem for you, the ingredients are still your run ofthe mill Togo's ingredients and you might have a fine time. I will not be going back. Read more
Been coming to this place for years now the staff is very pleasant to deal with. Had the opportunity to meet the actual owner... very down to earth and friendly. The food is AMAZING!!! If you are in The area and have the opportunity to try it give them atry you will not be disappointed at all. Read more
Owner/Manager served me. I believe he was an Indian gentleman. Not real friendly, looked mad. His mask appeared very old,... and like he has been using it over and over for a long time. It looked worn, stretched out, and barely covering his face. They should use disposables. He handled the bread roughly and it split and separated in several areas, causing the sandwichto fall apart as I was trying to eat it. He did not spread out the meat evenly and I had bites with meat, and some biteswithout. Even though he wore disposible gloves, he never changed them the whole time I was watching him serve people. And hekept touching his mask. I was uncomfortable eating my sandwich. Looking back, I should have just left. My bad for this. Read more
Did all of the actual sandwich makers quit or get fired cause the last few times I?ve gone in it?s been the unfriendly owners... making the sandwiches which btw they can?t make correctly. I'm only rating 4 stars because this is my first bad experience. Been coming here since 2004 so I feel bad for anything less... than 4 stars. Here's the deal... new management isn't friendly.. they seem overwhelmed and not up to par with listening andcustomer service aspects. I asked for a #3 everything but tomatoes. I had to tell the older lady to not put them on... thenwhen I get to my car there isn't mustard and barely any mayo. I used to work here when Bill was the owner and can say fromexperience that this job is way too easy to mess up something so simple. I could have wrote my order down on paper and Iguarantee it would have had something wrong. The kid who was there was the only one to greet me and say goodbye. He never evenhelped me... just kinda blown away. Please try harder. Read more
TOGO'S makes great fresh tasty sandwiches! All the ingredients are delicious and you can make it just the way you like.The... servers there are friendly and courteous and the prices are really reasonable too! I'll be back for another soon! Read more
Charging $18.00 for a pastrami sandwich and then proceeding to put as little as pastrami on the bread as possible. What a joke... and rip off. I basically ate a foot long loaf of bread. Read more
