This is legitimately the worst Pizza Hut Express that I have ever been to. It's located inside of a Target, which is pretty... common, but the reason that it is a 1-star place is because they never have food available. Every single time I have stopped bythis location during business hours they have not had any pizza available to purchase. If you want pizza you will have to waitfor them to cook it fresh, which defeats the entire purpose of being a Pizza hut EXPRESS. There is no Express here. Read more
I made a mistake by calling the Pomona, CA store instead of the La Verne store as planned. So, when I arranged for someone to... pick up the order in La Verne the order was obviously not there but was at the Pomona store. It caused a major disruption ofbirthday plans. I worked with the manager in the La Verne store by the name of Evan Pena. He was great. He represented Pizza Hutin an outstanding manner! He was professional, courteous, patient and understanding. I give 5 stars for his outstanding customerservice. Thank you, Evan! Oh yea, loved the pizza, the chicken Alfreddo pasta and especially the cheese sticks! Read more
