My experience at this store is amazing every time. The staff has it together. They are on top of it all the time. They have... great customer service and always friendly. They make me feel like I'm at home when I come in. They know me by name and everyoneof them always call me by my name when saying hello or even goodbye, they are truly an amazing group of employees. By the timeI'm done paying for my meal they have already made it bagged it and are handing it to me. Talk about great service , I can't sayenough. This is the best sandwich shop around. Thank guys. We got our food fast. We also ask them to Write a joke on our order and when my boyfriend read it he laughed and literary on the... receipt there was "A Joke" written on it. ???? Classic. We died laughing. I'm glad to see they have a good sense of humour. Read more
You know why I love jimmy johns today I walked in 30min before they opened not knowing that fact. She said "don't worry about it... I got fresh bread I can make you a sandwich." She took my order and made my Italian night club (best sandwich ever!) all by herself. Not only was she very nice I still got my sub faster that at jersey mikes or any of those other sandwich shops.
