If the customer is first in line, let them know if they have to stand there for 8 minutes. I stood there quitely and... wait. Next, payment. sorry we we don't take credit card. As a customer, I will respect that so I pull out $100. "Sorry, wedon't take bill over $50". This is poor service from greeting to payment.
