Aweful customer service. I walked in looking for an ATM. The cook spoke to me and then went into back kitchen. 1st time there, I... did not know who the cashier/emoyee was but there was a lady sitting behind the counter like she was on a public computer..turnsout she was the cashier. She never acknowledged me. I walked around the store 3 times looking for ATM. I qent into restroom andcame back looking again. I went outside and came back inside. She was smilong/grinning with a black guy. He left. She still didnot speak to me. Finally, I asked her if they had an ATM. She advised it was behind a bunch of boxes over in a corner. I leftwithout buying anything. I went over to the Pulot and got gas and drinks. They were glad to have me in their store and theyexpressed it. Read more
They never know how to make the coffee drinks that are on the menu. (Or maybe they just don't want to.) I received the worst... service ever my last visit, with the cashier having a phone conversation on speaker, acting incredibly inconvenienced that sheneeded to stand to get what I needed from behind the counter. This location sucks! There?s no reason why I shouldn?t be able to use my shell gift cards at the pump!!! Why even have a shell... logo on your building?? Go to an actual shell if you have gift cards because you have to go inside and you have to know theexact amount left on the card. Completely bogus! Read more
Go to the drive thru to order. You wait... no one answers. You come inside employees are standing around... not doing their job.... 3-5 behind the counter... the barista got the order wrong. Then the employee follows me outside wanting to know if i took apicture and why... you can notice someone taking a picture but not someone at the drive thru... tsk tsk Read more
Never open when they?re supposed to be and don?t post their hours correctly. Been there several times trying to go through the... drive thru at white bison in the middle of the day and no one ever took my order so I just left. Horrible. Don?t waste yourtime. Read more

I'm honored to be the first to review this place. I visit this facility every day. I love the new look, the fresh coffee, the... hospitality & the cleanest. This is my go-to place before work, lunch & after work. The staff is super friendly. I'm glad I'vegot to experience a 5-star gas station. Thanks for the service. Read more
I went into the store tonight at midnight to get coffee. I asked the young gentleman, Houston, if the coffee was fresh and he... said no. I asked him if he could make a fresh pot. He asked the girl that he was working with, Katie, about the coffee and ifit was ready. She said yes but she couldn't brew it until 3 am. Really?!?! In the meantime, she made an espresso coffee for acustomer. She bragged about even putting extra espresso in it and not charging. I guess this explains why she can't make afresh pot of coffee. Beverage expenses are high because of her freebies. There definitely appears to be an issue with thisstore if you read the reviews by other individuals. It's a shame that employees can ruin a business!!!! Read more
