Went through the drive-through and the digital ordering board made the process easy. The subs were made quickly and correctly.

This is now the second time that this Subway has messed up my order, even though I am going thru the drive thru and ordering on... touch screen. There was nothing on my sub but meat and a little sauce we had ordered two footlongs with lots of toppings. Sodisappointing to get home and your sandwich have nothing you requested. And this being the second time and it cost $32 for 2footlongs, not even close to worth it. Not returning. They use to do a good job it was my go to subway. Read more

I already don't eat at sandwich places as it is and today I was reminded why. Service and prices. The same thing yall do I can... do at the house for cheaper with a better experience. Thank you. I just visited this restaurant and placed an order for a salad thru the drive thru. I'm guessing they thought I would not look... at the salad till I got home but I did. The bowl was not even half full. I thought if you order a salad you don't have to selectlettuce as a condiment but I was wrong according to this location. Also I requested extra tomatoes which were not on it andextra dressing but not there either. So I pulled back up and requested a refund which I was told they couldn't do because therewas no manager on duty. The young girl also said no assistant manager was there. She stated that the oldest person there was 18but was not a manager. ???? So I asked her to call the manager who then advised her to return my money. Her offer was to addlettuce to my salad to fix the problem. I'm so floored that this restaurant not only employ kids that don't know lettuce comewith a salad but also when you ask for a refund that they should be able to do it. I will never return to this location again. Isuggest the same for others. It's just really not the best experience you are looking for something lite to eat. But I guess thelack of ingredients was supposed to be a lite meal but to the tune of $8.48. They can try someone else, I got my money back. Donot visit this location unless you want to be shorted on toppings. Read more

Bread was rock hard, teriyaki chicken was flavorless. I really enjoy the drive thru ordering but I definitely don?t trust... whoever is making the sandwiches. If you know bread is stale and serve it anyway, shame on you and if you didn?t know the breadwas stale then you should probably find a different job! Read more

This is not the first time this subway has messed up my order normally when I go I order ahead on the app. I?m not sure if it?s... because they have kids working at night or what but the lack of accountability this store has is beyond me. Read more

Update 05/24/21, 4 ? This SUBWAY is usually top notch but even top notch facilities have flaws from time to time. This time I... asked for Pepperjack Cheese added to my sandwich but it wasn't put on there. Not a huge issue unless it become habitual. 5months ago: 5 ? With the drive thru ordering kiosk it made it a breeze. By the time I got to the pickup window, put the car intopark, my order was ready. Speedy service is a big plus. Thanks! Read more
