Probably the worst Pizza Hut. Somehow the usually delicious breadsticks and cinnasticks are truly awful when you order from this... particular store. I keep trying them thinking it was an off day. It wasn?t. I?m not sure how every other Pizza Hut gets it rightand this one doesn?t. Also, you can put money on the fact that your pizza will be delivered an hour after the original estimatedtime given. Truly terrible. Every time. Read more

First let's start with that I tried to call the store to place an order because I was driving. A waited for over 5 minutes and... they didn't answer. That should have been a red flag. I ordered the family pasta pair. I assumed it would at least feed a familyof 4. WRONG. Each pasta was the size of the personal pasta at a Pizza Hut Express. And 5 breadsticks came with the order. I usually don't experience a problem here but today it was like they just ignored the window. I know my music could be heard... pulling up. On top of someone was standing at the register and could have notified someone. So I finally pressed the button. Isaw them thru the window just standing around. The least you all could have done was acknowledge the presence of me being thereeven if you needed to huddle up. So I drove off. 39 dollars for a large thin crust. And 6 wings delivery plus a 10 dollar tip. That?s freaking ridiculous. Every time I call for... a pick up they tell 15 -20 mins got there they didn?t even have my order. Wth Read more

It's alright. Staff always been kind to me. Need to have realistic expectations going to a chain pizza place. It's going to be... understaffed, overworked and underpaid employees. Don't order during their prime hours and the quality you get is vastlybetter. I learned not to order from around 5 to 8. Those are the hours that mistakes tend to happen. Read more

Definitely never ordering from this location anymore, recommend to "Always check your pizza at the store when picking up" as the... mess up a lot my wife placed an order online for a super supreme pizza, when i arrived home she told me they where missingingredients, I called to complain about the mistake they made of forgetting the ingredients and was forwarded to the talked tothe manager, when i asked her name she didn't say it clearly but did identify herself as the manager, told her about the mistakeand how would they correct it, was thinking to have one of her drivers deliver the pizza properly done with correct ingredientsand their driver could pickup the wrong pizza but she was rude and unprofessional, said she won't send nobody and I had to driveback to return to the store to drop the wrong pizza and she would give me a new one, i told her i live 15min away and would notgo as I don't have time but she said only way to replace my pizza or refund was for me to drive all the way back to the storeand return the pizza to her or else she won't do anything. I submitted a complaint with pizza hut corporate because of her rudeattitude unprofessional, I know they have cameras internally in the store to review the video of the toppings they used and allcalls are recorded so they can look up the recording of the call i had with her, i took a picture of the pizza with the receipton top as backup and you can clearly see it doesn't have all the ingredients we ordered and the border was barely parmeseancrust and the dough was flat as they didn't let it raise properly. Created an account on the mobil app, ordered and paid through it. I waited the time the app stated before I headed to get my... order. Go through the drive thru to sign the receipt, get the order then leave. Cashier tells me to pull up front because theorder isn't done and that there was 2 orders in front of me. I say ok and comply. I sit up front in my car for an additional 15minutes thinking they would bring it out. Wrong. I go inside and stand around for another five minutes, cashier asks for myorder number and goes to find it. This too takes several minutes. My carry out order took almost a whole hour to be able to gohome after a long day at work, super frustrating! Then get home noticed the chicken wings are partially sauced, the cheesesticks had to be separated with a pizza cutter. This experience wasn't good to say the least. Read more
