Last night I ordered several pizzas and they were still doughy when I got them home.. this has happened several times and I told... myself I would never use them again but my wife said for me to call and try to let them make it right.. when I called the ladyon the phone said let me ask my manager what to do.. she's proceeds to get back on the phone and say I will give you 30% offyour next order.. I say you give me 30% off for messing up a pizza I think I will just take my business other places unless youguys can make it right.. the lady says all right have a nice day.. I guess they do not value loyal customers, so I guess I willtake my business to other competitors in town.. very dissatisfied if I could give it lower than a one on the review I would..very unprofessional and employees where cussing and didn't care that I stood there waiting while they ate pizza in the back.. atleast I gave them the opportunity to fix it very disappointed because I usually love Papa John's Read more

Don?t waste your money ordering from this joint. Food is terrible and service is just as bad. Food so bad we couldn?t eat it. ... Food was on the way. We live 10 minutes away but it took the driver 40 minutes to get here with a cold nasty pizza and wings.Forget this place, go to Kroger and get a frozen pizza and don?t waste you money here! I order from them all the time. Today 9/20/21 at 5pm I ordered 2 well done pizzas like I always do but today they were burnt.... Very dissatisfied! The place was not overflowing with people and they didn't look that busy so they could have re-made itknowing it looked this bad. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Read more

Placed an order online about a month ago. Pizza never showed up. Waited about 45 minutes just in case it was running late. App... showed the pizza was delivered, but nothing showed up. Called them. They told me to call back in 10 minutes. Called back asinstucted. They told me they would give me a coupon. I told them i wanted a refund and they hung up. If there was a zero staroption i would have selceted it. I filled out the survey on the email and asked for a follow up call or email...Nothing.
