I agree on some of the review here, the picture looks good but the taste is lacking. I always stop here whenever we pass through... town last time we dine here was disappointing . Today thinking I will give them another chance But it never fail. The rice isalways over cooked it?s pasty. The bbq pork liempo was so chewy. I had adobo and sinigang before Walang lasa. This was my first experience eating Filipino food. I had the Pork Sinigang and Halo-Halo. The Pork Sinigang is a sour soup. It... was a unique experience for me for I never ate soup that was sour in my life until this day. I'm not much of a pork-eater butI'll definitely try the soup again. Born and raised in Manila, Luzon ????????... I know what good tasting Philippine cuisine should taste like. I ordered three... different dishes tonight, I was disappointed with all of them. The pork lumpia(for appetizer) was ok... not much taste from thefillings, wrappers used were too thick also. For main dishes, I ordered both lechón kawali(deep fried pork belly) and chickenadobo. The lechón was overly cooked, so it was too crunchy all around and dry also. The chicken adobo was bland and watery. Inphotos, they dishes look delicious... were they? To me, no. I was looking for Filipino food in Nashville and this place did not disappoint! It's a bit further out, but so worth the trip.... Everything was made fresh to order and delicious. I'm still dreaming of the chicken adobo and pork lumpia. Chicken adobo wasfall off the bone good and the pork lumpia... piping hot and crispy.. with the sauce... Oh my goodness.
