Normally we don't eat fast food,, but the fam was feeling frisky like fried chicken, so we went to kfc in lavergne, the service... was incredibly terrible. Went through the drive through,, the girl at the box immediately told me to wait, then when she came onshe sounded irritated, she rushed me through the order, ordered a 12 piece tender meal,, she didn't even ask me how I wantedit,, barely gave breath for me to tell her i wanted it extra crispy,, she was so rude she didn't even ask me about sauces and iwas so flabbergasted about the situation i didnt even notice till after i had already left and got home with the food.. on thebright side the food was good, but damn. That service was a nightmare. If you want good food but the worst service in the world.Kfc lavergne is the place guaranteed ???? Read more

The food was alright but if your gonna be working in fastfood learn how to speck English. Just because you don't understand us... dose not mean to get an attitude with us because you don't understand what we are saying.. also they where out of light meat anchicken legs all they had left was dark meat left. The manager said her name was Maria, they tried to sell me some dried up chicken and I said I didn't want that, she proceeded to... cancel my order instead of cooking fresh food, when I ask her are they going to cook more she tell me it takes 50min for freshfood.. I am a paying customer and I shouldn't ever have to pay for what she want me to have,,, Maria need some training inmanagement.. if your staff see you unprofessional they will act just like you... There was a new guy on the register that didn't know what he was doing. Not his fault. It was the fault of the shift manager... that put him there without enough training and with no backup. The order took forever and I ended up eating something I didn'twant because the cashier didn't know how to enter it correctly. I won't be back to this location any time soon. Read more

All I can say is the customer service was horrible the girl that took our order told me she could not add a macaroni and cheese... onto the order at the window that we would have to drive around when there was no cars behind us then we asked for a receipt andshe said sorry the receipt machine isn't working and let the window shut in our face. As we sat there for a second someone elsecame over and printed a receipt for us. Then the food was horrible. I'll try to download a picture of how they put our buns ontop of the chicken. If you like soggy smooshed buns then this is what that is like. This place needs new management ormanagement that oversees what the workers are not doing right and some people that actually care and most definitely realizethat we are the customers. If Kentucky Fried Chicken cares about their name they would get a grip of these reviews because I seethis store does not have very good reviews. We have owned our own business for 25 years and we know how to treat our customers.It's about time this store picks up their pace and realize the problem they have. I am going to ask for a full refund and givethey can get some caring people who take their job seriously. Read more

This food was ordered shortly after they opened. The pot pie was dried out and the crust overcooked. Maybe it was saved from... previous days business. The mashed potatoes and gravy were cold. Read more

Went through the drive thru 9/17/2020. I ordered the $30 fill up with 4 extra biscuits & a half gallon of tea (total was 39.60).... I get home to eat dinner and find 3 pieces of chicken no bigger than the barbecue sauce packet I obtained with the order. If youwant to charge premium dollar for your chicken; you should provide a customer with premium products (just saying). Not yellingat no one so don't take it personally.
