Always "out" of everything. If I was the regional manager/GM, there would be a lot of employees currently "working" at this... location losing their jobs immediately. I give places more than one opportunity because I get that sometimes people have baddays, but I've been 4 times and they've been out of everything. People just sitting around collecting a check because they can'tbe bothered to do their job. Read more

Pretty much go once weekly - have had some mess ups with items but overall a good experience every time. Usually get a pup cup... (it?s on our way to the park for a walk) and so sorry to the lady my dog grumble growled at from the window!! She?s shy and getsanxious when strangers talk to her! Read more

The vibes in this store are happy, relaxed, and focused. The cashier lady said she had been there like 2 weeks...her efforts to... help and bubbly attitude made her out to be a pro! If I am in lavergne again...I will definitely stop back through! Read more

Why are they open?! Of all the local businesses that went out of business due to the pandemic why are they the one that... survived?! They never have anything other than glazed donuts regardless of the time of day. The staff acts like someone ismaking them work there. They lack common sense, personality, and basic customer service skills. I placed an order through the DDapp and scheduled the pick up time for 7am. I get there at 7:10am and they have no idea what I'm talking about. I pull up theapp and show it to the girl and she says oh. Then I hear them in the back saying "they do know we just opened an hour agoright?! They do know there's only 2 of us here right?" We then spend about 15 minutes going back and forth about what they don'thave that I ordered. I figured placing an order for early in the morning would mean I would have better luck at getting what Iwanted. Clearly I was wrong. An hour later my order was ready. Read more

My experience with this location was not good.They are rude from staff to management. They staff doesn't have any customer... service skills and they obviously hate their jobs. They take your money and ask you to pull up and if you request your drinksbefore pulling up they "get annoyed". I have never been to a Dunkin where I have been asked to "pull up and we will bring it outwe are working on our drive time" that's not how you work on drive time by pulling everyone into the parking lot instead of themsitting at the window it's working faster and more efficient to serve your customers. The manager will not give you her name andshe allows the staff to YELL at you through the window. Completely unprofessional. Read more

This was 1st time to Dunkin and I'm thinking it was a waste of money. My order consisted of a sourdough bacon sandwich, glazed... donut, and a order hashbrown . THE HASHBROWNS WAS OVER COOKED AND NONE EDITABLE. THE SOURDOUGH BREAD SANDWICH WAS COLD AND THEBREAD IS RAW. THE DONUTS WAS BLUEBERRY NOT Glaze donuts!!! Very disappointing and waste of money!! I went to Dunkin? Donuts on Murfreesboro rd, La Vergne TN 37086 - spent over $20 and was very disappointed! First of all, the... dining room is closed so I had to go through the drive-through. I ordered quite a bit of food, and the gentleman taking my orderwas extremely rude to me. He was rushing me and sighing every time I ordered more items. I kept apologizing because I felt likeI was getting on his nerves - which is crazy!! Not to mention they were out of almost everything. I feel like they did not wantto make some of the things as it was already 8:20 PM and they close at 9 PM. They were out of everything I asked for at first.So I had to ask for different things. And the whole time he was just saying and rushing me and talking in a super sarcasticvoice. I did not get a receipt. I am able to see how much I paid in the app, however none of the items are listed on there. Ihad them scan the QR code to link it to my app. I received my food at different times. And when they brought over the two (not)grilled sandwiches, I waited for the receipt. No one said have a nice night or there you go or thank you. There was literally noindication that the transaction was over. After sitting there for several minutes waiting for someone to notice I was stillthere and get my receipt, I drove off because I felt sorry for the car behind me. I did not want to hold them up anylonger. The two grilled sandwiches I received were NOT GRILLED AT ALL!! I took pictures for proof. The bread is barely warm,let alone grilled. Additionally, I ordered a mocha espresso, three 10-count boxes of munchkins and a free donut for theWednesday buy-a-drink-get-a-donut promo. So I had three munchkin boxes, plus the 2 (not grilled) sandwich boxes. And the onlybag I received, was for the free doughnut.
