Super nice staff management is great. Had a mistake with the pizza and the manager made it right with something I could agree... on. a few delivery issues in the past because of inability to keep staff but it has been fixed. Read more
Ordered 2 medium pan pizzas, which cost extra. Got 2 medium pizzas instead with way to much crust where there should be cheese... and sauce. The cheese pizza has several slices RAW!!! Not satisfied at all with how these pizzas were made. Read more
Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I tried to call and place an order for pickup but no one answered. I tried... calling back and the same thing. I ordered online and when I got to the check out screen, it did not give me an option to typein my coupon code. I went to the location to pick up my order and showed them the coupon code only to be told by 2 employeesthat they don't have a way of putting in coupons and that it's an online only thing. They also said that I need to call customerservice to complain. I explained that it did not give me the option to put in my coupon but they did not seem to care. No onethere was willing to even try and help nor were they even concerned about their system problems. This will definitely be my lasttime here . Read more
Place an order. It immediately went into 'processing' status. (XXX is preparing your order.) 90 min later, still no food so I... drove to the store to pick it up. Wasn't even started. So, I will share this experience, and no longer patronize Domino's untilthey set realistic delivery time expectations prior to submitting the order. They know their workload and staffing levels sothey have access to this information. Read more
