I came in no one was at the register. A girl in the back looked me dead in my eyes and didn?t say anything. But that?s not the... half. While I was sitting there waiting for this lack luster customer service, I watched the cook prepare a sandwich and slideit down to the next person to put the condiments on the burger. First he didn?t have any gloves on, second he was applying theketchup with ketchup packets. Then he proceeds to adjust the toppings on the burger with his bare hands that he had been pickinghis water bottle up with no gloves on. Read more
Was the 2nd person out of 2 in the store staff to busy talking to one another decided to cook my onlon rings after the rest of... my order was bagged then messed up gave me a regular cheeseburger when i ordered a double. Seems like it bothered them that youwere there. Never will go back. Read more
Wish I could give it less then 1 star!! The employees are too busy BLASTING their inappropriate rap music to pay attention to... you. I took my dad here after visiting his wife in the nursing home down the street...I wad so embarrassed of the area!! Thecounter was littered with Troll dolls and decor, and the menu boards weren't working, so it was pretty dark. Had about half ajar of pickles on my burger. Did I mention that the employees are acting like it's a party and don't care about anyone thatcomes in?? NEVER EVER AGAIN will I nor my family ever go to this location ever again! Read more
Stop here at 1:30 p.m. to get two meal spicy chicken sandwich combo and a whooper combo. Get to the drive thru and got rush to... take my order. Get to the second window to get my food I get a double whopper with tons of onions no chicken sandwich the othersandwich was fine now i know why the line at McDonald's is long and no one is in the burger king line ???????????? Came here 6/17/2022 around 6:20am and instantly was told all they have is bacon & ham only (literally) not making this up. Very... odd. I asked if they even had French toast sticks & she didn?t say if they did or didn?t. The lady was very rude. If you guyshave a shortage of food close the place down for a while. Not going back here. I'm sad to make this review. The service was impersonal, the person taking our order look like she didn't want to be there ... and the worst is that the bread was, the paper that the food was in.... all grease. I don't recommen this particular BurgerKing Read more
Just went through the drive thru and sat at speaker for like 5 minutes trying to be patient. Said hello couple times with no... reply. Drive around to window and no cars there. Woman walks to window and just casually says "broiler ain't working. We havenothing". No apology for making me wait at speaker, nothing. Read more
