Great customer service and fast! So much better than the other locations in the area! What a breath of fresh air!
Went here at 5pm, the door was locked. While trying to figure out what's up, a car pulls up to the drive thru. They tell him... it will be 35 minutes wait for chicken. The driver says "I was here a half hour ago and you told me the same thing." So thenthe girl starts being real snotty with him thru the speaker, saying "goodbye, have a nice day" really loud in a super extra nicesarcastic voice. Im convinced this is the worst Bojangles i been to ?. The employees are so RUDE .. the managers look so miserable . They always... mess your food up and theres always a 10-15 minute wait on something . So sad ? and i know im not the only one .. in my hoa wetalk about it all the time ? how horrible ? and this has been going on for years ? every manager they get seems worse then thelast. Read more
Ordered a family meal on the app at 5pm on a Sunday for a 6pm pick up. Arrived at 5:58pm and door was locked and sign taped to... drive thru stating they were closed. App already took my payment. I called store on Monday and explained the issue. Someonetold me charge should still be pending (it was) but it would fall off and not post to my account. No apologies offered for whathappened. Checked account on Wednesday and charge fully posted. I called store again and asked to speak to a manager and againexplained the issue. I was told I had to call my bank and dispute the charge through them (which I did). Again no apologyoffered. If you cannot operate the store, perhaps you should not allow online ordering. There is no way to dispute or contactanyone on there app either. You can only order and pay. Read more
Rude and inconsiderate staff. Had to wait over 10 mins for my food and then had wrong size fries then when informed for... replacement fries they only replaced one and refused to give other. Also one was taking selfies and not working Read more
Waited at the register to order for 20 minutes. She finally came took someone else's order left didn't come back I waited... another ten minutes and left. Someone came after me he also left. So they basically lost 2 customers. Read more
Spent 43 dollars on food today and bout broke a tooth on those tenders that obviously was sitting there all day!!!! Usually ... when u get 25 tenders 1 is fresh ???? not today chicken, biscuits, and fries horrible!!!! Read more
