We ordered two platters to be made one day in advance and when we went to retrieve them were informed they were never made. Were... asked to wait an indefinite amount of time (would not even give an estimate of how long) and were basically told it wasn't theirresponsibility as another employee had failed to say they had this order. No offer of discount offered for waiting x amount oftime and for the fact we were left scrambling to find something else. Poor customer service, poor organization. Read more

They barely give you any vegetables, shredded cheese or sauces; I couldn't even taste the veggies on my sub. The pineapples were... spoiled and tasted horrible. So I called them to tell them and they said "They're probably just cold".
