For some reason, my beverage was only warm, not hot. No idea what the problem was, but I saw the barrista asking someone when... the service person would be there, so I guess there was a problem with the espresso machine. Read more
I always order a venti caramel frappuccino, double blended with extra caramel drizzle on the inside of the cup, whipped cream,... with sea salt on top. I got an awful single blended mess with no caramel drizzle and no salt on top but sea salt the bottom. Iasked them to make a new one and I got looks of death from the baristas. I got the remade drink with NO writing on the cup and Ihad to walk the staff through how to make it. The store is filthy and the attitudes are on called for. Read more
I avoid all Starbucks on principle. Business meeting call there, so I went, if only to be reminded why I don't want to go ever... again. It's great if you like paying exorbitant prices for coffee, but the following is sycophantic. I can't imagine eating foodfrom these places.
