This staff at this location is "THE DREAM TEAM" They go above and beyond ALWAYS. Very friendly and observant and do it with... great energy and smiles. WHOEVER sees this I can honestly say its been the best service I get out here CONSISTENTLY. I WISH ALLOF THEM HAPPY HOLIDAYS AND BE BLESSED WITH WHATEVER THEY DESIRE. I could never figure out why I would want to pay nearly double the price for a sub sandwich as compared to Subway. Then, 6... months ago on vacation, I broke down and ordered a Jersey Mike's sub. I got an Italian number made "Mike's Way." Wow thedifference is night and day. The quality and taste is off the charts. It's like the first time I ever tried Häagen-Dazs icecream, like oh I see this is how ice cream is supposed to taste. Try a Jersey Mike's Sub and you will never go back. At 10;45 am I ordered 10 Sandwiches to be picked up at 11:30 paid for them on the app added the tip and hope for the best. I... needed the sandwiches for a branch meeting for my office just down the street. I arrived at 11:30 and understandably they werevery busy and have a line as it is Veterans Day and a lot of people have the day off. There was a gentleman waiting for his foodwhen I got there that was extremely irate and talking down to the staff so you can imagine the frustration that the staff wasdealing with at this time, he had exclaimed that he was waiting 30 minutes for his order. I stood in the background waitingpatiently just hoping to hear my name called to pick up my sandwiches and head back to my office. Moments later my name wascalled and I was handed a brown paper bag and headed back to my office to meet with my staff. The problem is is that when Iunpacked the bag and started handing them out to my staff I was missing a sandwich. I knew at this point I would need to callthem so they could make the sandwich and I could just easily walk in pick it up and leave again. I called the Jersey Mikes andwas immediately put on hold. After four minutes I decided to just get in my car and drive back to the Jersey Mikes to get thesandwich that I needed. When I arrived at the Jersey Mikes I was still on hold as no one had ever picked up the phone. When Iarrived at the counter with my receipt to tell them I was shorted a sandwich I was told that they didn?t have the ingredients tomake that sandwich, no one told me that when I came in to pick them up no one offered to make me a different sandwich I guessthey just decided that the best option was to send me away with nine of the 10 sandwiches that I had paid for . No apologynothing, and then I had to wait 10 minutes to get a sandwich but I should?ve gotten 30 minutes before.
