So a couple days ago, my wife went to go get food so she chose this place. She got her order and on the way home, she realized... she was missing stuff from her order. She drove back to to this place. As she was pulling up to the window, she asked for herorder and they told her that she couldn't get her stuff becasue she didn't have a receipt. You may waist your time going at night because they are almost never open 24 hours. Using the app can be risky. I've lost money... with them they never answer there phone. I can go on with issues. Instead of turning off the app when they are closed they leave it on so customers place orders it takes there money they go and no ones there. Read more

This restaurant is NOT open 24 hours. Furthermore, it's pretty much one of the worst Jack in the Boxes around. Avoid. Also, ... to the manager that will respond by saying "this shouldn't be how...blah blah blah".
