I came in for a late night pizza the guy behind the counter was on his phone the whole time as if I were bugging him asking for... a pizza. Then after acting as if I were interupting a phone call he grabbed the pizza from the freezer no gloves not washinghis hands nose sticking out from his mask then I told him by law he had to wash his hands and he kept on taking on the phonehandling the pizza no hand washing Now had doubled his attitude as if i were the worst thing to happen. I. The last ten years Ifinaly 8 told him I did not want that pizza During a world wide health crisis. he would not wash his hands during a pandemicreally?then he took that pizza and tossed it behind the counter and refused to make me one with clean hands I went to the7-11 0n azusa and francesquito pizza was good made with clean hands no altitude very friendly service he got off the phone assoon as i walked in that 7-11gets 5 stars all the way the staff there knows how to treat a costumer. I DON'T GO TO THE 7/11 ONMAPLEGROVE AND VALINDA ANY MORE . That was not the only time I received sub standard service there. I have been a customer since Ray opened the store. Ray the owner raised here locally, went off to college and returned to this... community and opened this store. Ray and his father David are good people. Nick is one of the most friendly 7-11 employees Ihave met. Any convenience store is a magnet for homeless, panhandlers and hang abouts. Often a target for shoplifting androbberies, this store is no exception, that said Ray and Nick make every attempt to get to know their customers and providegreat customer service to their costomers. The biggest drawback to this location is LP is LASD jurisdiction but still has fewerproblems then some. Read more
7 Eleven askrd my Son to leave because he was on a wheelchair and holding a small dog while Grandpa was inside buying slurpees .... He knocked on the glass and told my son to get out of there.
