Inexperienced staff. Issues with forgetting items in the order, including utensils. Food was cold by the time we got everything.
Unfortunately this place is not very clean. The bathroom was at its worse.

$28 for two teen burger combos with onion rings! That would be less than $20 at Wendy's. Onion rings were undervalued and soft.
They dont clean the grill. My pancakes had black grill grease all over and tasted horrible. Very bad customer service as well.... Manager also was not wearing her mask over her nose. Read more
I had Drive-Thru only. Quick and friendly service. Their new special / occasionally offered burgers (Mushroom & mozzarella) are... quite tasty, but could use a little more mushrooms seeing as they are very tasty. Read more
I cannot say about the food, nor the atmosphere... But the wash room there is mighty fine.
