I stopped at this Whataburger on day 12 of my over 10,000 mile road trip around America to try my FIRST EVER WHATABURGER. It was... a pretty great meal, but more importantly I was treated to the finest service I've ever experienced in a fast-food restaurant.If I wrote her name down correctly, I was served by Charlene, and she went above and beyond to ensure myself and the otherpatrons were well taken care of, asking how the food is and if she could get us anything (refills, napkins, andmore). Breakfast was ordered 45 minutes ahead of time. Got there 5 minutes after designated scheduled pickup time and was told it was... being prepared. Was on my way to work and had pickup timed to be at work on time. Was late due to poor time management ofwhataburger. Hopefully McDonald's can get me my order on time the next time. Read more
Normally whataburger has great food. This location however more often than not serves food that is old and stale. My last... hamburger paty was dry as a bone and the bread was so old is was crumbling, also the fries were stale. The 3 pickles on myburger were smaller than a penny. This was 2pm on a Saturday. Prime stop-in for a nice warm meal on the way home from work. This place does a great job at keeping their wait times down at... all hours of the night, even when they're short-staffed. Parking lot is well-lit and it's just off the highway so not too hardto see nor get to. Always get the spicy ketchup. Read more
Sat in drive thru for 45 minutes. Food tastes great but will be the last time I eat at this location. Time stamp below shows... from the time I ordered, time I paid, and then finally the time we were given our burger combos. We left without getting theWhataChickin Sandwich, since we were told would be additional 4-6 minutes. Friendly staff but the drive through takes forever. Never less than 20 minutes even if there isn?t a line.
