I guess the girl at the front counter is new and the manager would not help her I waited 20 min for chicken tenders. I watched... them drop new ones and took all for drive through so I had to wait another 10 min. I ordered 5 peace chicken tender not spicy Igot 4! I might have picked a bad night to go through the drive-through... The wait was very long, (they warned me that Mac and cheese... would take 10 minutes). I ordered a 3 piece spicy chicken, one was spicy, and 2 we're original. I didn't get napkins or a forkwith the Mac... The biscuit was good enough. Might return at a different time of day. Read more
Very poor service. The last 3 times I've been they have messed up my order. I was in there a couple weeks ago and was there to... pick up online order placed 10 min before I left and after getting it wrong I didn't receive my meal for another 45min. Alongwith MANY other ppl in the store. Love the food but yall need better management AND employees. Read more
This Popeyes is horrible. The lady taking the order inside doesn't listen and will not put the order together correctly. Drive... thru the same, ppl coming inside with wrong orders. The workers are giving ppl what they want them to have. The reason for myreview is this dried out chicken when I specifically said a 3 piece dark with beans & rice. She forgets the beans & rice (giveme 4 horrible pieces). I double back for it. Only to my surprise, the darn food was dried out. I had to pick over it and onlyate the beans and biscuit. The guy sitting inside eating had to go back because she gave him 1 chicken strip and he said heordered a 4 piece. Read more
Despite all the bad reviews, I did not have any issues at this location. The team were fast and ally items were correct. They gave us battered scraps no chicken just battered bones. I?m not sure what?s going on in there but this is not okay we paid... $30 for sides and no chicken. They also didn?t give me my receipt and don?t want to answer the calls !!! Read more
I understand there's a worker shortage.... However the LP location has spiraled down in every way the past 2 yrs. Only 3 people... working last night at 7pm. I ordered ckn nuggets meal with mashed potatoes. When ordering I was NOT told there was going to be await to have my food cooked. Paid for my food and then I was told to drive around front and wait as they had to cook it. (I'm onmy way to work) I patiently waited for 17 minutes for someone to bring my food out as I watched 7 other cars drive through thedrive-thru get their food and leave. There were 2 vehicles after me that had to pull into the parking lot and wait as well. Iwent inside, showed my receipt to the white guy manager (who is doing his best to make me wait even longer as he servescustomers that had come after me). They had completely FORGOT all about my order. He was getting ready to give away a huge boxof chicken nuggets to another customer. I was polite. I didn't cuss. I just simply wanted to get my food and leave and the whiteguy manager started talking about something with his father and traveling and delayed me even more. mind you I'm 20 minutes latefor work now... I had asked for blackened Ranch dip, of course he didn't pay attention to the receipt and didn't give me that orany type of Spork to eat with. Nuggets were hot and fresh, but the mashed potatoes were cold and barely had any gravy on them, biscuits were hard and cold. There was absolutely no bone-in chicken on any of the heating racks and everything needed to becleaned as mounds of batter crumbs had been sitting there for hours or days. Very dissatisfied. Read more
