Order delivery for convenience and still have to drive to meet the guy. At that point it's a carryout, and you don't get to... message me asking for a tip. Especially when you lie about trying to find the place. It's unprofessional. Read more
Ordered delivery at 8:30 it is now 10:10 and still no pizza. Gave them a call just to be asked to wait then they hang up on me.... I call back and they said it was an accident and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked ?hey just wondering if my pie isout for delivery yet? and they said no but I can come pick it up if I wanted it now. I live sub 10 minutes from their locationand ordered one medium cheese pizza. Read more
Placed an order online and saw it would take over 90 min for delivery. I then tried to immediately call the store 5 times and... could hear them pick up the phone and hang up. I proceeded to call another number who was able to transfer me to that store. Iasked to cancel my order, they asked for the name on the order... and then hung up. No response or confirmation. I realize itwas 45 minutes before closing but the service was pitiful. Now especially after reading the rest of these reviews, someone elsewill be getting my business in the future. ***Update: Received "pizza"... Rang doorbell although I input notes "Please do notring door bell." Got it inside and pizza was lackluster at best. 1/10 of pepperonis as normal and jalapenos sprinkled on topafter baking... Ordered carry out pizza and brought it home. Once I started eating I discovered several long black hairs in the pizza.... Absolutely disgusting! The manager gave me a refund but the damage is done. I am never going to order from this place again. Read more
We use this location around twice a month and we have always had a really great experience. The drivers are always... friendly/respectful and the pizza is fresh and perfectly sealed in our boxes. They have honestly become a staple when we need abreak from cooking! Read more
EVERY SINGLE TIME our order is hot and made exactly how we order it..! Delivery has always beat the estimated time on the... tracker and the food is ALWAYS freshly made. We have 2 competitors literally 4 minutes from our home and refuse to order fromthem, because they don't even come close to customer service or product we receive from this place.
