Went here last week around 10 pm, and was also told they are only doing DoorDash orders and that I would not be able to place my... order. The employee talking , was saying it as if my order would be an inconvenience to them. This used to be my favorite Jackin Box to come to the staff was so friendly, and nice . But now everyone is rude and have no Customer Service what so ever? Iwork in Customer Service and I am not saying the customer is always right, but dang can you act like you somewhat care aboutyour job, mind you, you chose to work there and with the public?. My husband has stopped there 2 days in a row for breakfast. Yesterday he was told that they are only doing Door Dash orders and... today he was told that they are not taking any orders!! How can a business stay in business by turning away customers? This doesnot make sense to me at all. Regardless to say, my husband will not try a third time to give you business. They fired my favorite guy there who lightened the mood and always made me smile. He relies on Uber to get to work and anyone... who relies on Uber knows that sometimes you can order well ahead of time and still end up late.
