Went here last week around 10 pm, and was also told they are only doing DoorDash orders and that I would not be able to place my... order. The employee talking , was saying it as if my order would be an inconvenience to them. This used to be my favorite Jackin Box to come to the staff was so friendly, and nice . But now everyone is rude and have no Customer Service what so ever? Iwork in Customer Service and I am not saying the customer is always right, but dang can you act like you somewhat care aboutyour job, mind you, you chose to work there and with the public?. The lady working the drive thru is so rude. All the food was dried out literally just sitting on the counter. Lettuce was... slightly brown. Curly fries were hard as a rock. Overall mess from this jacknthecrack! Read more
