I get a buttery jack about once every six months. The burger is smaller and the price bigger. Gonna wait a year now.

Poor ,poor,poor,poor,poor,sad place to sit in line ! Can't exit cause I'm stuck in line waiting on 4 tacos! Wow whoever manages... this place is definitely in the wrong job . I honestly wish the city of Laporte would not renew there buisness license, everytime I go the food is cold and you would think that it would atleas be atleast warm ,after sitting in line for over 30 min.....poor excuse for a restraunt jack in the boxowner. We were driving home from church on our Sunday afternoon when we decided to stop by Jack-in-the-Box and we were getting the best... service from Jonatan, getting opinions and suggestions on food. Jonatan did a wonderful job of assisting us he?s honestly thebest every time we come. He?s really fast with making our food really good with his service and makes conversation every chancehe gets. This is gonna be my favorite Jack-in-the-Box from now on. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to comehere. Read more
Got a lot of food for a little money. They hooked it up this time.
Zero if possible...I see why fastfood workers get no respect. The silly burger maker made the first burger ... I took it for... her to remake judging from the looks of her she must have thought she was making it for herself and put so much mayo on it Icouldn't even eat it. Very disappointed I am a loyal customer of this location and never had a problem until today. Ordered a teriyaki bowl the only... thing edible was the frozen egg roll that came with it hard to mess that up I suppose. The bowl was inedible the rice is just abig bowl of mush the broccoli was brown and looked as if it had been cooked days before it was served. Logically I realize mostof this food is frozen and reheated my only guess is this was made for the rush over the weekend not used and saved to be servedto me today.
