Repeatedly the employees are rude & need to be trained on how to speak to customers. On almost every occasion their response to... customer is YEAH in very rude fashion that even my granddaughter commented on knowing that was the wrong thing to say as well asbelched on the speaker with no apology. Our orders have been wrong too many times as well. Read more

That will be our very last time coming here..Very disappointed with the workers, the food and the restaurant.. The restaurant... was nasty, the food was worse we ordered steak and cheese and our steak was so white that we was dare to eat that.. had no icethe" little kid" said they have been out for a while.. They had 3 kinda of chips .. he also told us it's because they haven'tset any out but did have them in the back, to me that was called being SORRY .. Couldn't figure out why no one was in there andthey were doing nothing but standing there.. My husband went to pay and asked why he didn't ask about rounding up because we dothat but the kid said well I already totalled you out..We asked how many times do they asked people and he said never..WOW !!You leave 3 kids under the age of 15 by themselves to run a business..So very disappointed our hard earned money went tothat!!!!!???????????????????????? Ordered through the drive through and the employee told me to look at the menu when i asked what came with the meal. Got to the... window to get my order and employee dropped my card before i even reached out for it and it fell under my truck. She said shewould get someone to come out and get it as i could not get out with out pulling up and there was a long line of customersbehind me. Someone would have drove over my card. The guy who came out got me my card and she said i should have gotten out ofmy truck to get it myself and she slammed the service window shut and would not come back to the window. She dropped the card.She should be fired on the spot. As i am seeing many complaints about bad customer service and rude employees and the ownerseems to respond to all of them yet also seems nothing is being done. Sad that being short staffed and lack of finding goodemployees results in this kind of service. The owner should at least have a manager that can handle these issues and would notdoubt if this employee is the manager. My advise is do not go to this location and the sad thing is because of lack of goodmanagement/ownwership the firefighters are the ones that suffer from it. Read more

The subs are just okay. Mine came with like 3 inches thick of bread and very little actual meat. Felt like I was eating nothing... but bread honestly. The kids working here all the time, also seems like he does not really want to be there. Half the time theyare out of certain ingredients. Definitely for the price, just go to Subway. Cheaper and better. Read more

As I sit in the drive-thru for 10 mins now, I'm removing two stars. I was able to give them my order pretty quickly. Told them I... wanted a large turkey and provolone only on white. I then said, please make sure it's meat cheese and bread only and the persontaking the order sounded confused and had to redo the order.... Ok that's fine, maybe she didn't hear me. Now I'm at the windowand no one has come to speak to me......by the way, I'm still waiting. This particular store has become increasingly slower thelast 5-6 times I have been here. Way to long for meat, cheese and bread. And yes, I'm still waiting. Read more

I normally understand under staffing, but this is the second time that this location is understaffed during lunch time. There... was only 2 people there, 1 on the drive thru and the other to take calls and manage the store front. It is lunch time and it isvery busy that people waiting to order were leaving and it took me 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. This is absolutelyunacceptable. Read more
