Im gonna have to ask you guys to get it together. I havent had issues with long wait times like everyone else here. But what is... going on with this place? I go here once a week to get a shake. The last three times ive been given a melted smoothie. One thatwas all ice and wasnt even mixed. And the one from today was melted with chunks of some sticky sweet substance at the bottemthat i assune was supposed to be blended into it. And i want to make it clear that this is not only the fault of your underpaidemployees. This is just as much the fault of ownership and management . Maybe stop sending bad faith copy and paste apologies toeveryone and actually get your business running right. Either that or join the circus with the rest of the clowns. Amazing service! The smoothie I ended up getting was soo good! It was my first experience at smoothie king and it won?t be my... last thanks to the friendly girls that helped me with my decision. I got a banana boat with sweet strawberries added. I got a32oz and it kept me full for lunch! Read more
You know I?ve tried going to this place 3 times since you?ve opened. You?re literally in line for 20-30 minutes at a minimum!... First two times I didn?t even make it to the speaker to place an order because of how long it took. Then getting out of thedrive thru is a nightmare, I have no idea who designed the layout of this place but fire them immediately my goodness. Then this3rd time trying I finally make it to the speaker to place an order and sure enough I?m sitting there for at least 10 minutesbefore I?m even greeted. And when I was greeted I was told they would be with me shortly?like is there only 1 blender? Or 1staff member working? How do you expect to get business with these 30 minute visits Read more

Super disappointed in how the employees choose to act. I went inside to order and there was a cop that was waiting for their... order. Instead of the employees telling him it was done they were on their phones. The cop was going to have to leave and comeback and finally they told him it had been sitting in the cooler. After the cop left they were mocking and making fun of him.Absolutely disgusting how they acted and especially with somebody waiting for their smoothie too. I will not be back. Read more
We had never been to a Smoothie King and now that we have one, we decided to try it. I was wary due to the mostly negative... reviews of such a new establishment. I should have listened to the reviews, they were spot on. One lane is blocked off, which Ican understand probably due to being understaffed. The wait seemed a bit excessive at the speaker. The person at the window wasunenergetic and unfriendly. She didn't even speak, just reached for the money and closed the window back.as she gave me mychange, I asked what the total was, since she neither verbalized it nor provided a receipt. The interaction rubbed me the wrongway. In the end I had to ask for a drink carrier for my 4 drinks AND request straws. 2 or the smoothies were excellent and theother 2 seriously lacked flavor. After spending $10 for a 32oz Smoothie that lacked flavor and being treated like a bother, Ican't see us returning. This is not a good start for this business. Read more
I have had good and bad experiences. One morning I went through the drive through (nobody at all in line). Open signs were on, 1... employee in the store, and nobody ever came on the drive through speaker. Went to the front door, it was locked, open signturned on. Checked my watch to make sure it was business hours it was, the guy inside looked up at me, and just went back todoing whatever it was he was doing. But I have had a couple of good experiences also.
