I ordered two double hamburgers with tomato and extra onions. By the time I received the food and drove away. I grab a burger... and was a double cheeseburger, they both were. I don?t eat cheese. I called right away, the manager promise to send me couponsfor free burgers to replace the ones I got. Which I gave away. Never received them. So be careful when ordering from here. Read more
Went there Wednesday 2:55 pm 11/09/22 to get a two cheese burger meal waited outside for 10 minutes pulled up to #1 spot. I tend to have mixed experiences here. Sometimes the service will be good but the food is messed up or vice versa. For example,... this morning everyone was fast and friendly but I ordered 2 sausage mcmuffins. They served it to me with one missing cheese andthe other one had 2 slices of cheese. Another time I came a young kid couldn't find my order when I was paying. Turns out hecashed out my order for someone else. Then he rerang my order in but I was so far back in que he still couldn't cash me out. Itwas a mess. It really is hit or miss here. More consistent at the other location. Read more
I have an allergy. And most of the time my needs and wishes are met. Sometimes, my McChicken will come with lettuce, and I can't... eat the sandwich. Usually happens during rush though- so I just go when they aren't too busy. Read more
This location has been going down in quality for the last few months. Large fries won't even fill a medium box (yeah I had an... empty medium box at home, I eat fast food too much, sue me). I will get additions that I am charged for and then my order doesnot have those additions. Store manager refuses to return calls to correct this. Check your books, you will not find my nameanywhere on your refund list for the past 10 years, but at the point where I can't even get a free sauce cup, I'm no longerletting them steal my money by charging me for the extras I ask for and then not give them to me. Last order I purchased was aFilet meal and there was zero (no, I'm not just being hyperbolic) tartar sauce on my sandwhich, it was all inside of the box andon the outside of the box. I ordered pickles on it (which I was charged for) and got ONE pickle. I thought I said 'add pickleS'not 'add pickle'. I also added slivered onions and got 2 slices of onion. I ordered lettuce and got none - all of which I wasupcharged for of course (which duh I don't mind if they actually give me what I paid for). People working in the drive thru arealways polite and the shift manager Angie deserves a raise because she is sweet, kind, and patient. She actually addressed myconcern and apologized, unlike the GM that is too busy for a 5 minute phone call to make things right. Read more
Double cheeseburger is always good with nice hot french fries. Ordered coffee and twice brought it back to the counter. Tasted... bitter and burnt. Asked for a refund and manager said she would check their coffee maker and gave me a refund. Because they weregracious, I don't the $ to the children's fund at the counter. Read more
Quarter with cheese was smashed and dry. I asked for no onions and had to take them off myself. My niece got a 10-piece nugget,... and 1 nugget literally had a biteout of it. The Fries were fresh and hot, so that's the reason for 2 stars and not 1. I don'tlive nearby, so I didn't call or go back for a refund or replacement. Overall, disappointing. Read more
