My family celebrated my cousin birthday at Bistro on August 20th. The ambiance was lovely. The food was VERY good. The staff was... attentive.The owner spoke with us and told us a little bit about Bistro . We will definitely be returning. My husband and I met with friends here for dinner and it was amazing. My family is from New Orleans and I must say that the vibe... and atmosphere of this restaurant made me feel like I was in the Big Easy. We tried the blackened chicken, shrimp pasta, gumbo,fried green tomatoes, loaded fries, fried alligator, blackened chicken and the peach cobbler and it all was tasty. Lovely venue! The weather was warm and we opted for outside seating. As its on a golf course, the view was great! I ordered... the blacken pork chops with mashed sweet potatoes, chopped greens and corn bread and the food was awesome! Our waitress wasfriendly and attentive. The Chef came out and spoke with us.
