The last two times I?ve tried to order around 8-8:30 staff say they?re closed due to water outage. Other times they?re out of... coffee or give the incorrect order or are just unpleasant. Two stars because a couple staff are pleasant and when they?re ableto get an order right it tasted good. Read more

I ordered from them a few times through grub hub and let me say they are unprofessional. I made sure I checked no bacon on the... app and tried calling them but they ignore the calls and then started sending me to voicemail. I got my food and they still putbacon on my sandwich after I asked them not to but it was hidden under the chicken. If I didn't check and took a bite Idefinitely would've gotten very sick. They are trifling & I would not recommend ordering from them or even getting food fromhere ! Read more

The drive thru line are always slow, not sure what the reason is, but it's fast food and not the tines now to sit in drive thru... lines burning up your gas. Maybe short handed but come on. Think of the paying customers waiting, offer more incentives to getworkers on board. Read more
We just left with our order which was correct and tasty. The worst part was using coupons which was not correct somehow we were... over charged. And given no receipt showing what was done wrong we have given. 2 coupons one for baconater 599 plus 1 for 100then coupons for free fries with purchase then 2 Frostys and charged $18.00 Should of only cost around 10.00 plus tax ? Wanted to stop in for coffee. Placed was locked up even though the hours said open. Went to drive through, they were open but... short staffed so not opening the dining area. It was veterans day but the lady at the window wasn't quite sure what ID she wouldaccept. After producing two official forms of ID I was served. So we sat in the car, in the parking lot to have morning coffeeand a bfast sandwich. I informed at least a half dozen others trying to walk in that the dining area was closed but drivethrough was open. A sign may have been a good idea Wendy's.. Read more
