Update: I'm officially never coming back to this location. I paid for extra strawberry in a smoothie and only got six... strawberries, even after having the staff remake my drink. The smoothie was so disgusting I couldn't even drink it. I had to askfor a refund. Management needs to train the employees better, but the quality here is terrible. I really wish I could rate thishigher, but this place has gone downhill. They've recently hired a whole bunch of new people and I haven't had a singlesmoothie yet. I've had to have them remake my smoothie or more than one occasion because they taste terrible. They're either notblended properly, have the wrong ingredients, or are way watered down with too much ice. I used to be a regular here but I won'tbe anymore. Read more
We went to Tropical Smoothie tonight and ordered two smoothies and a chicken-bacon-ranch flatbread. The smoothies were amazing,... food delicious. It was hot, fresh and tasty. The staff were all welcoming, friendly and polite. Highly recommend. We willdefinitely return. Read more
Some of the kale were mushy and wilted; some bananas were mushy and one even looked moldy. The crew were wearing pink dirty... shirts (all 4 of them), kitchen floor looked so disgusting and so was the prep area. The employees didn?t change gloves inbetween customers either. Sigh. I threw away my avocolada and left the place feeling disgusted. Health department should bemore vigilant. So disappointed with what this place has turned into. Read more

Not sure where these bad reviews are coming from, I feel like people are just super entitled and expect everything! I get a... smoothie and food from here everyday. I know each one of their names, and they are super friendly. I know the crew is young andit?s their first job properly but that doesn?t mean they are rude. I hate to give this place a negative review, but it was not very good. My brothers supegreen Ceasar bowl looked good but had... tomatoes in it that he did not request ( he has acid reflux). My boyfriends Buffalo chicken bowl did not have the freshestlooking greens. See pics. My Baja wrap that did not look nearly as fresh as the photo. Also. I Had cheese that wasn't meltedand it just didn't taste great. The Cuban sandwich was not very good. The meats had no taste. I thought my bf was exaggerating,but when I tasted his sandwich, I confirmed what he said was true. He dipped it in some Buffalo sauce. The smoothies were goodthough. Mango magic and Mocha madness.
