Back in the day I loved Pizza Hut. After 25 or 30 years I decided to try Pizza Hut again. We ordered a pan pizza and when we got... to the Pizza Hut in la Plata it was not a pan pizza. They told me they would remake it and I said okay, after waiting 15-20minutes guess what they made the same Pizza it was not a pan pizza. Sometimes the food is delivered a little late but if you?re picking up it should be no problem!
Don't follow basic instructions. Pizzas are undercooked. Not enough sauce even if you ask for more.
I made my order online and because I wasn?t allowed to make any changes to my order online, I called to request that my pizza be... well done and that extra seasoning be added on my breadsticks. They did a fantastic job on both. The food was delicious. Read more
I never received my order. I got a call from door dash saying there was no driver. Then someone from Pizza Hut called and said... the same thing. I asked for a refund and I had to give my credit card over the phone (very uncomfortable doing that). Then therepresentative told me it will take a couple of days for a credit!!! I've tried this location 4 times and everytime pizza is bland and dry. I've ordered different toppings every time. But this last... time was the straw that broke the camels back. Last time I ordered from this location, I waited over an hour to receive my delivery. Eventually I got a phone call from an... employee saying that they couldn't get anyone to deliver my food and that they were closing. I asked if I could come pick up myfood, and they said, no, they were just going to throw it away. They made no attempt to rectify the situation, or compensate mefor my lost time, it was too late to order from somewhere else. They do not value me as a customer, so I will not be patronizingthis location in the future. Read more
