The staff, at this particular, location is friendly. The establishment is clean and everytime I've frequented, there has been... management nearby. I prefer going out of my way to patron this LaPlata establishment vs. the Waldorf/ Marketplace location. Read more
Thanks for your response, like I said, frequent customer and never had a issue. I should have gave the benefit this time of... maybe it was busy or something that caused them to not take a phone order. In hind sight it wasn't even one of the regularemployees I deal with who are always great. I've changed to a 5 star to reflect my overall review my many times here. Read more
